As far as sound goes that is pretty much subjective. What sounds good to me may not sound good to you. I have the super-trapp on mine and I pretty much like the sound of it. As far a performance, with the super-trapp you have the ability to add or remove the spacers and somewhat tune for mid-range or high end performance.The choice is yours. I stated in another post that I feel that a large percentage of the cost of the super-trapp is for their research. In other words there is not $220.00 worth of material in the pipe. I think the price is a little too much. John
